The Moss of Środa Wielkopolska” nature reserve for a protection of rare sorts of waterfowls and lily-troters, formed in 1995. The area of its is 120, 3 ha. From among the vegetation dominate sorts of meadow - assemblages, waterside - thicket, bulrushes and water assemblages, bay grasses and alder forests and peatbogs. 8 sorts of occurrent plants are threatened of extinction in Wielkopolska and 2 in the scale of Poland.
