The name comes from the color of the building walls.
Cottage is also called Alexandria, where Tsar Alexander I was supposed to stay, but in fact, he stayed at different place.
It was built before1829. After 1840 it was renewed.
Cottage is located in the Little Park, on a high slope overlooking the valley of the Vistula river.
