Very interesting, four axed Old Renaissance tenement house from the XVIIth century with the Middle Ages origin.
After a general restoration and the conservation it turned out that the tenement house facade was black and this colour was restored. It is rare that the facade from the groud floor to the top is rusticated. Against a black background the green window frames and bright decorations of the top emphasize the grateness of all this tenement house. At present after the conservator's and building's works in the interior there is there the style hotel called "Heban", the restaurant and the cafe.
