The temple was endowed by the Mniszch family and erected in the year 1641. The church is one of the most representative examples of the Lublin Renaissance. It is a singe-aisle building oriented to the east. It has two chapels adjacent to the aisle and a semicircular presbytery, narrower than the aisle. The embellished gable of the facade refers to the Holy Trinity Chapel in the Lublin Castle. The vestries are surmounted with attics with ferrule ornament and shell-shaped niches and herms. The stucco embellishments inside the church are attributed to Jan Wolff. In 1884 the church was thoroughly renovated. The stucco coats of arms of the Szlubowski family, i.e. the then owners of Radzyń were placed on the vault. In the Chapel of Our Lady of Rosary, there is a manneristic tombstone of the benefactors of the church. The belfry in the gate designed by Jakub Fontana dates back to the second half of the 18th century.
